Delete your OneDevs account

In the app

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

• 1: Open OneDevs and sign in.
• 2: Tap your picture in the top corner to open Profile.
• 3: Scroll to Your data and tap Delete account.
• 4: Read what will be deleted and tap Delete.

Without the app

Email mebssoftware9@gmail.com from the Google account you sign in to OneDevs with, with the subject “Delete my OneDevs account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, picture, email and sign-in.
• Apps you listed, their icons and testing instructions.
• Your DevCoin balance and history.
• Tests, missions, check-ins and results, including the device information recorded with them.
• Feedback reports you sent, badges, your plan and purchase records, and the apps chosen in the Lab.
• Play Integrity verdicts recorded for your account.

What is kept

• Chat messages you sent inside a mission stay visible to the other members of that mission, with your name removed.
• Database backups are overwritten in the normal cycle, within 30 days of deletion.
• Google Play keeps its own records of purchases and subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium or Pro subscription: cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
